A Note from the President

Hello my friends,

What a summer it has been! It heated up and stayed that way most of the time. Hot temps and hot lies brought us together this year in person for the first time in a long time. Seeing each other, sharing hugs and smiles and listening to stories in person rejuvenated our souls. How grateful I am for my friendships in storytelling. Thank you. Thank you for telling your stories, whether on the stage or at a table or in the hall at the Liars Contest. Thank you for making life wonderful again.

Our next in person events are Tellabration! and our annual membership meeting in January. Once again, River and Prairie Storyweavers will host our meeting at the annual Chicken Festival. (A big thank you to RAPS) This year it will be held in Nevada, MO. Watch for more information on that and Tellabration.

Please keep telling your tales and stay in touch.

Joyce Slater

President of MO-TELL
